que fancy.

Spanglish. This term “que fancy” is just Spanish and English for “how fancy” haha! It’s something my grandma used to say all the time when she would try to humor us with her English speaking skills. Any pretty dress, or makeup style, or hair-do you would show her— was followed by “Ay que fannnncy” :) haha! Grandma was a crack up. I miss her, everything about her. Looking at old pictures of her is pretty much the immediate go to for me when I just need to remember the good times. Even though its already been a year since she’s been gone, everytime I look at a picture of her for more than 10 seconds, I start to cry. Its so bitter sweet to have these tangible memories of her, and they mean the world to me.
Pictures are great in gereral though right?! I mean, who doesnt like to look back on old high school photos? We all thought we were skinnier and had it goin on! Even just looking back on some of the places you’ve been, with the people you’ve been with. Whether your still best friends, or okay friends with people, all those memories ROCK!
I’ve been fortunate enough to travel several parts of the world/country in my young age. I’ve most importantly been BLESSED with amazing people to share these times with. SO, all that said, this picture blog thingy was all inspired by my grandma, my amazing husband & family/friends, my beautiful travels, and my Savior who has opened all His creations up for me to see! Well, all that and the fact that I had to buy an external hardrive for my 60,000+ pictures I have lying around. :)
